Sprint allows customers to change rate plans without renewing conract

Starting Monday, Nov. 12, Sprint customers will be able to change rate plans without having to renew their contracts. Additional customer incentives scheduled for implementation early next year including a prorated ETF policy and reward programs for long-time customers.
